As my boyfriend lives near to this sugar factory I asked whether he would be able to collect some primary research for me in terms of photography. These photographs were taken early in the morning. I'm not sure whether or not I will use these photographs, however I could revisit the place and take some more if necessary as these wouldn't be a high enough quality to include on the website. It just illustrates how sugar is mass produced at such a large scale.
